Making payments according to the accepted quote or invoice

 

Payments and Cancellations

 

Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and outstanding balances will be stated in the customer’s quote, contract, or invoice.

 

Additional work outside the original scope may require written approval and an additional charge.

 

Warranty

 

Any applicable workmanship warranty will be stated in the customer’s written proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Ace Spray Deck provides a one-year workmanship warranty.

 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement, pre-existing cracks, moisture, drainage problems, abuse, chemicals, neglect, improper maintenance, third-party work, or conditions outside Ace Spray Deck’s control.
